Together, we collected trash around the community and the beach at Ban Amphur in Sattahip District, Chonburi, and sorted it properly to ensure it could be reused or repurposed to its fullest potential. Because sometimes, the waste in our hands could become someone else’s opportunity. True travel isn’t just about the footprints we leave in the sand, but also about the smile we leave on the world after we’ve passed through. Guided by the principles of the Circular Economy, which emphasizes maximizing resource use, minimizing waste, and restoring nature, the activity introduces green innovations that are accessible and practical for local communities to adopt. Moreover, the program focuses on educating and equipping young people and locals with knowledge and skills, while also generating income through creative waste transformation. Examples include recycled bags, home décor made from plastic scraps, and travel gear crafted from used materials.
