Description
This is the destination that is so rich in natural resources as you can see from tons of red hawks in the area. They are on the top of the food chain in the mangrove ecosystem. We might see red hawks along the side of Prasae River which is where freshwater meets the sea water of Thai Gulf. This is a perfect spot that keeps essential minerals for marine life and also the reason why Rayong has the best ‘Kapi’ or shrimp paste. Besides, there are so many species of fish living here like giant-snakehead fish and also crab-eating macaques. During the trip, you will explore different experiences from 3 communities - Krasae Bon, Talay Noi and Paknam Prasae and enjoy your relaxing time here at Paknam Prasae.

Highlights
- Pay respect to the Buddha statue of Luang Phor Ong Whai and follow the route King Taksin led his army back then.
- Travel by a raft boat to watch red hawks and see local fishermen’s way of life surrounded by mangrove forests.
- Learn how to grow ‘Pak Kra Chub’, a local vegetable that brings income to the locals.
- Make ‘Khlu’ tea, a herbal tea that is good for health.
