The Phrom Lok Community Based Group was established in 2007 and it has become one of the strongest and most successful in Thailand.

Day One
Arrive at Phrom Lok Community to smiling faces of your host and local guides. Not to mention a table full of Southern Thai food, seasonal tropical fruits, and herbal drinks.
Trek up towards the fourth terrace of the stunning Phrom Lok Waterfall. It's regarded as one of Southern Thailand's most beautiful waterfall.
Sample the local home cooked cuisine from the ladies of Phrom Lok Community. If you're not too tired from the trek, feel free to head into the kitchen and learn a few recipes from the masters themselves!

Feel the freedom to express at Phrom Lok! The Batik workshop lets you create your one and only cloth with help from local artists.

(Optional) Enjoy the authentic colorful Southern Thai performance during dinner.
Day Two
Let a local guide take you through the Phrom Lok Community and its surrounding areas. There are mushroom farms, rubber plantations, mixed orchards, and so much more. Don't forget to stay safe because Thai traffic can be quite hectic!
