9:00 am. Pick you up at your hotel.
9.30 am. Arrive at Barefoot Cafe. The cozy restaurant really presents an imaginative way of experiencing local produce with a touch of artisanal fair. Enjoy making home-made pizza with special local ingredients with Khun Satita, our instructor who know for her creativity in developing new pizza toppings from Chiang Mai's signature ingredients.
11.30 am. Arrive at 3 Studios restaurant. Founded by ‘Keiko Makino’ a Japanese chef who places the importance of healthy and nutritious ingredients over a quick flavour fix. Serve you a daily change menu that meticulously prepared in authentic japanese style.
1.00 pm. Arrive at Baan Luang Nuea, Tai Lue Village. First, receive a warm greeting word “Yu Dee Kin Wan” while sprinkling from leaf soaked with turmeric and acacia concinna water over your hand (It’s a local greeting like ‘Sawasdee’ for wishing all guests to live and eat well). Then, enjoy a lot of activities with locals such as:
- Design your signature bag by using a local wisdom of Tai Lue
- Take a bike and hunt for ingredients from the local’s garden
- Cook together with locals. You will learn how to prepare your own delicate and yummy Thai Lue meal in a traditional and authentic way.
5:00 pm. Gather with the local people and enjoy the meal searved in Khan Toke- Lanna styled wooden utensils.
7:00 pm. Back to the city and try some Thai cocktails at Nophaburi Bar with Khun boss - Tanapon Chanparn, a bartender who create signature cocktails for a number of bar in Thailand.
8:00 pm. Arrive at your hotel safe and sound.
