Chiang Mai is very well known as a dose of culture. Besides its cultural abundance, many locals in and around the city have maintained their family’s business or trade, some of which require specialized skills and incredible crafts. These artisans also include chefs and cooks who are setting up the restaurants who use only the freshest local ingredients combined with old-age recipes and cooking technique. If you are an artisan, even the most elaborate of elements are essential to create authenticity.
