Explore the “little great wall” and the highest suspension bridge in Southeast Asia at Maolin! Your expedition starts with hikes in the Longtou Mountain, then up in the clouds through the Duona suspension bridge. The next stop takes you to try the new taste of aiyu jelly clashing with millet wine. For lunch, the aboriginal cuisine will be served. To follow is a stroll in the Duona Village to the Ubake Art Studio where you can make your own Katalata (Glass beads) and try on the traditional clothes of the Rukai Tribe. The tour comes to a perfect ending with making sticky rice cake!

Day One
Meet at THSR Buoying Station, Rainbow Market at 08:30 a.m. Explore the “little great wall” and hiking on Longtou Mountain. Take a walk in the clouds and conquer the highest suspension bridge in Southeast Asia. Try the new aboriginal taste to blow you away: millet wine ainu jelly. Get a full recharge of energy with mountain dishes.
Tour around the Duona Village and learn the secret of Stone Slab Houses. Be surrounded by creativity and art in the Ubake Art Studio. Create your unique Katalata (Glass Beads). Experience a traditional Rukai clothing try-on. Make your own sticky rice cake. Tour end around 4:30p.m.
